How can I make a booking?
Click the Book now button at the bottom of any product description, fill out the form and pay the deposit.

How much notice do I need to give?
As the largest company across Bourne and the rest of Lincolnshire, we advise booking as soon as possible. We do not accept online bookings within 7 days of your hire date. For
last minute booking please ring our office and we will always do our best help.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Deposit is required at the time of your booking. We accept Card / Cash / Bacs for payment. Unfortunately we no longer accept Cheque.

When are your bouncy castles available?
All of our stock is available seven days a week all year round including bank holidays.

How much does it cost?
With over 200 items to hire, the prices vary from as little as £85.

How long does it take to set up?
We try to operate as efficiently as possible, most deliveries are completed within 15-20 minutes.

When I hire a Castle what do I need to provide?
You must provide the users and a 240v power source. If you have 16a or 32a sockets, please advise us at the time of booking so we can bring the correct equipment.

Is there an age limit?
Some of our items are limited, the usual categories are: Toddlers up to 4 years old, Children up to 11 years old, Any age including adults. Ages are an advisory and caution should be taken to hire the appropriate equipment for your event.

What if it rains?
Some of our castles come with shower proof rain covers and our electrical components are fully waterproof so rain doesn't need to stop the fun. We offer a Wet Weather Guarantee. Extreme weather will cause a cancellation, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Are bouncy castles safe, will you teach me to have a safe day of fun?
Yes, they are designed from the ground up with safety in mind. In addition, we review all safety rules with you prior to use. While no one can guarantee safety we do everything we can to promote safe use of our products to ensure that your day is filled with fun.

Can we hire a bouncy castle indoors?
Yes - as long as the hall has sufficient height and width space.

What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time, all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. You may incur a cancellation fee. Details can be found on our terms page.

Can we pick up the bouncy castle ourselves?
We do not offer a collection service. Our staff are trained in setting up and taking down our equipment safely as well as conducting an onsite risk assessment at the time of arrival.

Are you insured?
We have public liability insurance and happy to provide a copy upon request. All our bouncy castles are regularly inspected to the HSE standard and maintained to ensure safe use, every time.
